About this session
Designed for athletes at any stage of their volleyball journey! The season kicks off with 6 weeks of skill development—mastering serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking.
We then transition into 7 weeks of structured league play, featuring balanced teams, round-robin competition, and playoffs. Players learn positional strategy, rotations, and defensive systems to prepare them for the next level.
